The company was intended as a vehicle through which a revolutionary
landmark infrastructure development of an Eco park, Overhead
Restaurant Hotel Resorts (“The Project”) could be realised just outside
Gaborone, the capital city of Botswana The Project consists of five main
elements
Transit vehicle service centres (filling stations, truck centre car wash)
Out of town social activities ( weddings, The Dome,
museum Sport Facilities other events)
Out of town commercial activities (retail shops, hotels, casino, offices,
etc
Eco park (wildlife viewing, caravanning, camping)
Overhead Restaurant (main iconic landmark item)
The Housing Development come as a necessity to augment this legacy

The term ‘overheads’ refer to recurring costs associated with operating a restaurant, such as rent, utilities, and salaries. It is crucial to keep in mind that this idea only applies to costs unrelated to the price of food, raw materials, and other components used in the production of items.
A casino hotel is an establishment consisting of a casino with temporary lodging provided in an on-premises hotel. Customers receive the benefits of both gambling facilities and lodging. Since the casino and hotel are located on the same premises, a gambler’s necessities can be provided for in one location.
